Privacyverklaring

In het kort
  • Je maakt geen account bij ons aan, en wij hebben geen eigen server met jullie gegevens.
  • Alles wat je in Family Planner zet, staat op jullie eigen toestellen en in jullie eigen iCloud (van Apple). Wij kunnen daar niet bij.
  • Geen reclame, geen volgen, geen analyse-tools.
  • De slimme hulp werkt met AI op je eigen toestel. Er gaat niets naar ons.

Wie zijn wij

Family Planner is gemaakt door DRKSN Dev, de eenmanszaak van Silvian Derksen, gevestigd in Nederland. Vragen over privacy kun je mailen naar support@drksndev.com.

Waar jullie gegevens staan

Wat je invult, zoals gezinsleden, afspraken, het weekmenu, de boodschappenlijst, klusjes, sterren, gevoelens en profielen, bewaart de app op het toestel. Deel je het gezin met anderen, dan gebeurt dat via iCloud van Apple, in jullie eigen iCloud-account. Alleen de mensen die je uitnodigt, zien die gegevens. DRKSN Dev heeft daar geen toegang toe. Voor iCloud geldt de privacyverklaring van Apple.

Wat de app gebruikt, en waarvoor

  • Agenda. Met jouw toestemming leest de app de agenda's op je toestel om de dag en de week te tonen. Afspraken die je via de app toevoegt, komen in die agenda. Dit blijft op je toestel en in jouw agenda-account.
  • Contacten. Alleen als je zelf contacten kiest om het gezin toe te voegen. Van die contacten neemt de app de naam, verjaardag, foto en het e-mailadres of telefoonnummer over (dat laatste om ze uit te nodigen). De app bekijkt niet je hele adresboek.
  • Foto's en camera. Alleen foto's die je zelf kiest of maakt, bijvoorbeeld voor een pictogram, een profielfoto, een recept of een briefje van school. Tekst op een foto wordt op het toestel herkend.
  • Locatie. Alleen als je bij het instellen op "Gebruik mijn locatie" tikt, om de woonplaats in te vullen. Apple zet je locatie om naar een plaatsnaam. De locatie zelf wordt niet bewaard, alleen de plaatsnaam.
  • Meldingen. De app plant meldingen op je toestel, zoals het ochtend- en avondoverzicht en medicijnherinneringen. Je kiest zelf welke.
  • Slimme hulp. Gebruikt Apple Intelligence op je eigen toestel om bijvoorbeeld schoolberichten te lezen of vragen te beantwoorden. Die verwerking gebeurt op het toestel.
  • Delen naar de app. Deel je een mail, foto of pdf naar Family Planner, dan zet de app de tekst daarvan tijdelijk klaar op je toestel tot je de app opent.

Diensten van anderen

Voor een paar onderdelen haalt de app gegevens op bij andere diensten. Daarbij gaat alleen mee wat daarvoor nodig is:

  • Het weer komt van Open-Meteo. Daarvoor stuurt de app de plaats (naam of coördinaten van je woonplaats). Geen namen of andere gegevens.
  • Een schoolagenda via een link haalt de app op bij de school of de schoolapp die die link aanbiedt.
  • Een recept via een link haalt de app op bij de website die je zelf opgeeft.
  • Bestellen opent de website of app van de supermarkt die je kiest, met het product dat je zoekt. Daarvoor geldt de privacyverklaring van die winkel.
  • Family Plus koop je via de App Store. Betalen gaat via Apple. Wij krijgen geen betaalgegevens.

Kinderen

Family Planner is gemaakt voor gezinnen, en kinderen gebruiken de kinderpagina. Ouders bepalen wat er in de app staat en wie meedoet. DRKSN Dev verzamelt geen gegevens van kinderen (en ook niet van ouders), en er is geen reclame of volgen in de app.

Bewaren en verwijderen

  • Gegevens blijven bewaard zolang je ze in de app laat staan.
  • Wil je stoppen met delen of het gezin verlaten, dan doe je dat in de app via Instellingen → Samen via iCloud.
  • Wil je alles weg, verwijder dan de app en wis de iCloud-gegevens van Family Planner via Instellingen → [je naam] → iCloud → Opslag beheren op je iPhone of iPad.

Je rechten

Onder de AVG heb je recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je persoonsgegevens. Omdat wij geen gegevens van je hebben, regel je dit zelf in de app en in iCloud. Heb je toch een vraag of verzoek, mail dan naar support@drksndev.com. Een klacht kun je ook indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Wijzigingen

Verandert er iets aan hoe de app met gegevens omgaat, dan passen we deze verklaring aan en zie je de nieuwe datum bovenaan.

In short
  • You don't create an account with us, and we have no server holding your data.

  • Smart help uses AI on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.

Who we are

Family Planner is made by DRKSN Dev, the sole proprietorship of Silvian Derksen, based in the Netherlands. For privacy questions, email support@drksndev.com.

Where your data lives

What you enter, such as family members, appointments, the weekly menu, the shopping list, chores, stars, moods and profiles, is stored on the device. If you share your family with others, this happens through Apple's iCloud, in your own iCloud account. Only the people you invite can see that data. DRKSN Dev has no access to it. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud.

What the app uses, and why

  • Calendar. With your permission, the app reads the calendars on your device to show the day and the week. Appointments you add through the app go into that calendar. This stays on your device and in your calendar account.
  • Contacts. Only when you pick contacts yourself to add your family. From those contacts the app takes the name, birthday, photo and email address or phone number (the latter to invite them). The app does not look through your whole address book.
  • Photos and camera. Only photos you choose or take, for example for a pictogram, a profile photo, a recipe or a note from school. Text in a photo is recognised on the device.
  • Location. Only when you tap "Use my location" during setup, to fill in your town. Apple turns your location into a place name. The location itself is not stored, only the place name.
  • Notifications. The app schedules notifications on your device, such as the morning and evening summary and medicine reminders. You choose which ones.
  • Smart help. Uses Apple Intelligence on your own device, for example to read school messages or answer questions. That processing happens on the device.
  • Sharing to the app. When you share an email, photo or PDF to Family Planner, the app keeps its text on your device until you open the app.

Third-party services

For a few features the app fetches data from other services. Only what's needed is sent:

  • Weather comes from Open-Meteo. The app sends your place (the name or coordinates of your town). No names or other data.
  • A school calendar link is fetched from the school or school app that provides it.
  • A recipe link is fetched from the website you enter.
  • Ordering opens the website or app of the supermarket you choose, with the product you're looking for. That shop's privacy policy applies.
  • Family Plus is bought through the App Store. Payment is handled by Apple. We receive no payment details.

Children

Family Planner is made for families, and children use the kids' page. Parents decide what's in the app and who takes part. DRKSN Dev collects no data from children (or from parents), and there are no ads or tracking in the app.

Keeping and deleting

  • Data is kept for as long as you leave it in the app.
  • To stop sharing or leave the family, go to Settings → Together via iCloud in the app.
  • To remove everything, delete the app and erase Family Planner's iCloud data via Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage on your iPhone or iPad.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because we hold no data about you, you manage this yourself in the app and in iCloud. If you still have a question or request, email support@drksndev.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If anything changes in how the app handles data, we'll update this policy and the new date will appear at the top.
